LHA Registration Process
Step 1 - Register with USA Hockey
Register with USA Hockey by selecting the Ice Player/Coach option.
Step 2 - Register with LHA
LHA registration required a valid USA Hockey #
Step 3 - Signed Registration Documents
A player can not be rostered until these documents are signed and turned into your team manager or the Eddie Edgar rink office
Step 4 - Heads Up Concussion Training
The State of Michigan requires all parents to complete the Heads Up Concussion training course
Step 5 - Birth Certificate
All new players to the LHA are required to submit a copy of their birth certification with their registration
